The CHAM Conference is Going to New Orleans

We are excited to announce the 2025 CHAM Asset Management Conference will be hosted in the vibrant city of New Orleans, from June 9-11, 2025 at the Sheraton New Orleans Hotel.

We’re bringing you innovative trainings, neighborhood tours in partnership with local organizations, sessions exploring the industry’s most pressing issues, networking activities, and peer to peer discussions where you can learn best practices from around the country. We will also highlight the tremendous efforts made to support communities in times of adversity, strengthen affordable housing solutions, and the importance of crisis prevention as we move forward during these challenging times.
